RED BOOST: This powder is ideal as a post meal drink, to suppress cravings or as a fuelling energy drink. Thus, we recommend to take it post dinner/lunch or as a pre-workout drink. Moreover, it's great as a self-care and relaxing wind down drink.

Use

FRESH UP: Mix 1 tsp. (approx. 2.5 g) with 50 ml water or with your favorite smoothie/yogurt.
